We provide support under a number of options tailored to meet your individual needs. This can be as simple as a per call basis up to full on-site assistance, with an almost unlimited number of options in between.
For example, we often sell a years support package along with purchase of a new product, which includes a combination of on site training coupled with a unique ability to link your computer with ours to see how you are approaching a problem, or to show you how to do it.
We use PC Anywhere to link our computer to yours. Once connected, we see what you see. When you do something in you program, we can see your procedure and the results. We can even show you how to do it if you are having trouble. This gives us the ability to see what you are doing without being there.
Before you get concerned, this is only available when you turn it on at our request. When we have finished you turn it off.
