your Ranger and desktop computers.
Rugged
construction made to take punishment
The Ranger is built to take the kind of punishment that’s a normal part of a surveyor’s
day-to-day job. The development team sealed the components in a rugged carbon-fiber shell
that’s covered with a soft polyurethane exterior that helps absorb shock and makes the
Ranger slip resistant and comfortable to hold. An integral heater enables the Ranger to
work in cold environments. And the Ranger is built for endurance: You can use it for over
30 hours without recharging the batteries.
TDS
Software provides the brains
The design team tailored the best TDS software to run on the rugged TDS Ranger, turning it
into an easy-to-use, powerful data collector. Software upgrades will be available on the
web site. Plus, there are many utility and productivity programs already available for
Windows CE.
