Carlson Civil

Carlson Civil is an integrated modular package that combines the ease of use with powerful routines that enhance and simplify the AutoCAD drafting environment.   Carlson Civil  is software for civil engineering, surveying, and mine engineering which runs with AutoCAD.  AutoCAD serves as the graphics engine and drawing editor for Carlson Civil.  Essentially, Carlson Civil is an extension of AutoCAD that customizes AutoCAD for your specific discipline with additional commands and enhancements.  This release takes full advantage of new features of AutoCAD 2008, making it the fastest, most powerful and easy to use release ever.

 

 

Carlson Survey 2008

 

This product merges Carlson Civil with AutoCAD  into a single standalone product. It has the functionality of the Surveying module of Carlson Civil and much of AutoCAD 2007  Although certain functions of Carlson Civil and AutoCAD are not available in this product, it is a great low-cost alternative to buying separate AutoCAD and Carlson Civil products.  For those of you who are using older versions of Carlson Survey or Autodesk Field Survey, this is the same product with added CAD capability.  New capabilities include paper space, digitizer support, improved tools for managing your symbols, Land XML import and export, command line key-in capability and others.  Upgrades from older versions of Carlson Survey or Autodesk Field Survey are available.

Data Collection inside of AutoCAD.... stake out or display surveyed points inside of AutoCAD or Carlson Survey using total stations or GPS. True Field-to-Finish with symbols, lines, arcs and break lines, all drawn and layerized in the field.
